Strategic review of Information and Communications Technology (I.C.T.) cost base on behalf of Irish Continental Group. Identifying costs for immediate cost reduction and potential outsourcing opportunities, resulting in annual savings of 20% or €400k.

Responsible for completing a detail review of the I.C.T. cost base to determine the commercial feasibility of full or partial outsourcing of the I.C.T Services.

Project Involved:

Establishing a baseline for the cost of I.CT.
Identifying opportunities for immediate cost reduction through detailed 3rd party contract review and benchmarking costs against industry best quartile.
Identify and evaluate potential outsourcing opportunities.

Result:

Annual savings for the business of 20% or €400k.
