Telefonica O2 Ireland Commercial Negotiations

Led the Commercial negotiations on behalf of Telefonica O2 Ireland for the pan-European network sharing agreement between Telefonica Europe and Vodafone.

Project Involved:

Building complex business models to evaluate project savings potential.
Subsequent negotiation of the commercial terms of the contract.
Presenting business case to Telefonica O2 Ireland and Europe for project approval.

Result:

Enables both companies to actively reduce the costs of their network footprint through site and infrastructure sharing resulting in savings of up to 20% (for N.D.A. real savings cannot be disclosed)
